LOCATION:

Clinic will take place at Williams College, Williamstown Mass.
There are ample fields, locker rooms, showers and training facilities available.

Clinic FEE:

$100.00 - A $25.00 deposit is required with application.
Full payment is due by August 2nd.

$90.00 - Team Rate - 10 or more players from same Team.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

Helmets, mouth pieces, shoulder pads, practice shirt, shorts, athletic socks,
spikes, sneakers, towel and a lock.

MEDICAL CARE:

Medical facilities are near-by and a full time trainer will be on the field.

REGISTRATION:

Registration will be Monday, August 2nd., 2004
All Clinic participants must check in by 4:45 PM.
Doors will open at 4:00 PM.
